Pricing Overview

The price list for booking is below, and is available to download, by clicking 2011 Price List. Frequent users (booking for 5 or more events made at the same time) are given a discount of 10% to the published rates.

Village-based groups and charitable organisations also enjoy discounts on the use of the Cedar Centre.

Hire Prices for 2010

For commercial use (businesses, schools, local government, NHS)

Room includes use of wi-fi, screens, lcd monitor, sound system and white boards.

*Catering can be tailored to suit delegate needs, from sandwiches, hot buffet, pub lunch or Italian restaurant meal. The Cedar Centre is able to serve alcohol – we give you a specific licence for your event at a cost of £10.

For non-commercial use (societies, charities, churches)

Included in the hire is use of wine glasses, cups, saucers, plates and cutlery as appropriate (small charge for breakages).

*The Cedar Centre is able to serve alcohol – we give you a specific licence for your event at a cost of £10. Additional services (for example, hall decoration, cakes, children’s party-bags, post-party cleaning) can be arranged if required.
