AV and Presentation
The Cedar Centre has a variety of AV and presentation equipment available.
Projection Facilities
The Main Hall has built in projector, cable for PC (VGA) access and DVD (SCART). There is a drop down screen at one end of the hall. DVD and Video players are provided. Typical usage includes
Displaying a training DVD or video
Running a PowerPoint presentation from a laptop
Filming a speaker and projecting the results onto a large screen
The Chapter Room can display PC or DVD ouput on a wall mounted 40" flat screen
Presentation facilities
The Chapter Room has a rail presentation system for white-boards and flipcharts. An OHP is also provided. A stand-alone flipchart holder is available for the Main Hall if required.
Laptop/PC Facilities
Laptop output can be displayed on the flat screen in the Chapter Room or via the projector in the Main Hall. Free wifi access to the internet is available, as is printing on request.
